Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within Canada.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
